Application Instructions

• The surface must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants before painting.

• For aluminum, iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel: Clean and roughen the surface manually or mechanically using sandpaper or abrasive cloth to remove contaminants and improve paint adhesion.

• For steel and galvanized steel sheets: The surface must be clean, dry, and free from zinc salts. Clean and roughen the surface using the same method as for other metal surfaces.

• For previously painted surfaces: Clean the surface by sandblasting or high-pressure water cleaning. If the damaged paint layer cannot be completely removed, sand the surface with coarse abrasive material, then apply one coat of paint and allow it to dry. Sand the surface again to obtain a suitable substrate before applying the finishing coat.

Shelf Life

The shelf life of IRON Spray Paint is 36 months from the date of manufacture.

Storage

To maintain product quality:

• Close the cap securely after use.

• Store the product in a dry and cool place.

• Keep away from heat sources, sources of ignition, and water.

• The product is flammable and must be stored and handled in accordance with appropriate safety requirements.

• During storage and transportation, keep the product upright or horizontal at an angle of not less than 45°, and avoid strong impacts.
