IRON Paint Remover is a spray-form paint stripping product formulated with a combination of Methylene Chloride, solvents, and special additives, delivering strong and effective paint removal performance.
The product effectively removes various types of paint coatings, including Alkyd, Amino, and Epoxy paints, as well as 1K and 2K coating systems cured by chemical reaction, light, or high temperature. It reacts quickly with paint layers, causing them to blister and peel, helping clean and prepare surfaces before repainting.

Directions for Use
Step 1: Shake the can thoroughly for approximately 1–2 minutes before use.
Step 2: Remove the cap and spray the paint remover onto the surface to be stripped. Hold the nozzle approximately 20–30 cm away from the surface. The amount of product and number of applications depend on the type and thickness of the paint coating.
Step 3: Allow the product to react with the paint for approximately 5–10 minutes. The paint layer will begin to blister and peel. Use a scraper or wire brush to remove the loosened paint from the surface.
A high-pressure water jet may also be used to remove the peeled paint.
Step 4: Thoroughly clean the surface before applying a new paint coating.
Compatibility and Usage Precautions
The product may cause corrosion or damage to certain materials, including plastics, Plexiglass, and similar materials. For materials with unknown compatibility, test the product on a small, inconspicuous area before applying it to the entire surface.
Shelf Life
The shelf life of IRON Paint Remover is 36 months from the date of manufacture.
Storage
To maintain product quality:
Keep the cap tightly closed after use.
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place.
Keep away from heat sources, ignition sources, and water.
The product is flammable. Store and use it in accordance with applicable safety requirements.
During storage and transportation, keep the product upright or horizontally positioned at an angle of no less than 45°, and avoid strong impacts.
