Product Description
P6000 Super Glue is a single-component instant super adhesive that cures rapidly within seconds without the need for heat or solvents. When exposed to ambient moisture, the adhesive quickly polymerizes, forming strong cross-linked bonds between material surfaces.
With low viscosity and deep penetration capability, P6000 can fill micro gaps up to 0.1 mm, making it ideal for bonding, assembling, or repairing small parts that require high precision.

Instructions
Surface preparation: Clean and dry surfaces; ensure they are free from oil, grease, or old adhesive residue.
Application: Apply a thin layer to one surface only, using approximately one drop per square inch.
Bonding: Assemble parts and hold firmly for about 15 seconds until the adhesive sets.
Cleaning: Remove excess adhesive with acetone before it fully cures.
Application temperature: From +5°C to +45°C.
Shelf Life
The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the manufacturing date (unopened packaging).
Storage
To maintain product quality and durability, store in a dry, well-ventilated area at temperatures between 5–27°C, with humidity levels of 30–70%. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, heat sources, or open flames. Tightly close both tubes after use to prevent premature curing and protect remaining adhesive.
Safety Precautions
Do not use on surfaces with temperatures above 50°C or in environments below 5°C.
Not suitable for oil-soaked wood, materials containing sulfur, plasticizers, or constantly wet surfaces.
Do not use on surfaces in direct contact with food or on structural glass.
Not suitable for surfaces that are frequently submerged in water.
Do not smoke or use near open flames during application.
Close the cap tightly after use.
Wear protective gloves, goggles, and a mask during handling.
If adhesive contacts skin or eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
Do not dispose of adhesive into the environment; keep out of reach of children.
Use in well-ventilated areas and read instructions carefully before use.
