SU-BOND SB68 Hot Melt Adhesive is a high-quality PU-based solvent heat-activated adhesive, specially designed for the footwear and industrial leather industries. Instructions
Clean bonding surfaces to remove dust, oil, and impurities.
Apply a thin and even layer of SU-BOND SB68 to both surfaces.
Wait 5–10 minutes for the solvent to fully evaporate.
Heat the adhesive at 80°C for 2–5 minutes to activate bonding.
Press both surfaces firmly together with strong pressure for 5–10 seconds.
Wipe off excess adhesive with a clean cloth while still wet.
Close the container tightly immediately after use to prevent solvent evaporation.
Shelf Life
The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the manufacturing date.
Storage
Store the product in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, or open flames. Close the lid tightly after use to prevent prolonged air exposure and maintain product quality.
Safety Precautions
Do not apply near heat sources or open flames.
Do not use on wet or oil-contaminated surfaces.
Do not discharge adhesive into the environment.
Stir well before use.
Wear protective gloves, goggles, and masks during application.
Do not smoke during application.
Keep out of reach of children.
