Instructions
Clean and completely dry the bonding surfaces.
Apply an even thin layer of SU-BOND 505S Adhesive to both surfaces.
Wait 10–15 minutes for the solvent to evaporate and the surface to become dry.
Press both surfaces together evenly to achieve maximum adhesion.
Wipe off excess adhesive with a soft cloth; T-99 solution can be used for cleaning or dilution if needed.
Close the lid tightly immediately after use.
Shelf Life
The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the manufacturing date.
Storage
Store the product in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or flames.
Seal the container tightly after use to limit prolonged air exposure and prevent solvent evaporation or degradation.
Safety Precautions
Do not apply near heat sources or open flames.
Do not use on wet or oily surfaces.
Do not discharge adhesive into the environment.
Shake well before use.
