SU-BOND 3300S Hot Melt Adhesive is a PU-based solvent heat-activated adhesive specially developed for the footwear industry and industrial leather applications. The product features high bonding strength, fast drying, a transparent adhesive film, and no yellowing, ensuring high aesthetics for light-colored and glossy surfaces.

Thanks to its stability and flexibility, SU-BOND 3300S Hot Melt Adhesive is suitable for heat bonding processes that require high productivity and excellent long-term bonding durability.

Instructions

• Clean dust, oil, and impurities from both bonding surfaces.

• Apply a thin, even layer of SU-BOND 3300S on both surfaces.

• Wait 5–10 minutes for solvent evaporation and complete surface drying.

• Heat both surfaces at 80°C for 2–5 minutes.

• Press the bonded surfaces firmly together for 5–10 seconds.

• Use PU-S1 solution to clean tools or dilute the adhesive if necessary.

• Close the container tightly after use for best preservation.

Shelf Life

The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the manufacturing date.

Instructions

Store in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, or open flames. Close the lid tightly after use to minimize air exposure and prevent solvent evaporation or degradation.

Usage Precautions

• Do not apply near heat sources or open flames.

• Do not use on wet or oil-contaminated surfaces.

• Do not discharge adhesive into the environment.

• Shake well before use.

• Wear gloves, safety glasses, and protective masks during application.

• Do not smoke during application.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• If adhesive contacts eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
