Product Description
S-FOAM NEO PU Foam 750 ml is a one-component polyurethane foam adhesive with fast expansion, quick curing, and excellent adhesion on many material surfaces such as PVC, brick, concrete, glass, wood, steel, and aluminum.
When exposed to air moisture, the foam automatically expands and completely fills gaps, providing effective sound insulation, thermal insulation, vibration resistance, and waterproofing. With a smart design, the product can be used with a professional foam gun or a supplied straw, suitable for both professional installers and household users.

Instructions
Application temperature: +5°C to +45°C.
Preparation: Shake the can well for at least 40 seconds before use. Clean the application surface and ensure it is dry and free from oil or grease.
Application: Attach a foam gun or straw to the can. Fill approximately 50% of the gap, as the foam will continue to expand. Apply from bottom to top to avoid air pockets.
Finishing: After 20 minutes, trim excess foam. Fresh foam can be cleaned with acetone or a specialized PU foam cleaner. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.
Shelf Life
The shelf life of this product is 15 months from the manufacturing date.
Storage
To maintain product quality and durability, store in a dry, cool place at temperatures between 5–27°C and humidity 30–70%. Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, or open flames. Close the cap tightly after use to limit air exposure and prevent evaporation or material degradation.
Safety Precautions
Not suitable for PE, PP, Teflon, or submerged surfaces.
Not recommended for structural glazing or areas subject to strong mechanical loads.
Avoid application in wet areas or near direct high heat sources.
Not suitable for surfaces in direct contact with food.
Do not smoke during application.
Wear protective gloves, goggles, and mask during use.
If adhesive contacts skin, wash immediately with water and soap.
If adhesive contacts eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
Do not discharge foam into the environment. Keep out of reach of children.
