Product Description

RV-FOAM PU Foam is a one-component polyurethane foam with fast expansion and strong adhesion on most construction materials. The product is designed with a convenient conversion valve and can be used with a foam gun or straw applicator, allowing flexible application and time-saving installation.

RV-FOAM PU Foam is especially effective for gap filling, sealing, sound insulation, thermal insulation, and material bonding, providing an optimal solution for both residential and industrial construction projects.

The product meets ASTM 1620 standards, ensuring strict technical requirements for stability, durability, and thermal insulation performance.

Instructions

• Application temperature: +5°C to +45°C.

• Preparation: Shake the can well for at least 40 seconds before use. Clean the application surface and ensure it is dry and free from oil or grease.

• Application: Attach a foam gun or straw to the valve. Spray approximately 50% of the gap volume, as the foam will continue to expand. Apply from bottom to top to avoid air pockets.

• Finishing: After 20 minutes, trim excess foam. Fresh foam can be cleaned with acetone or a specialized PU foam cleaner. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.

Shelf Life

The shelf life of this product is 18 months from the manufacturing date.

Storage 

To maintain product quality and durability, store in a dry, cool place at a temperature of 5–27°C and humidity of 30–70%. Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, or open flames. Close the valve tightly after use to minimize air exposure and prevent evaporation or degradation.

Safety Precautions

• Do not use on PE, PP, Teflon, or permanently submerged surfaces.

• Not suitable for structural glazing or areas under strong mechanical load.

• Avoid application in wet areas or near high heat sources.

• Do not use on surfaces in direct contact with food.

• Do not smoke during application.

• Wear protective gloves, goggles, and masks during use.

• If foam contacts skin, wash immediately with soap and water.

• If foam contacts eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.

• Do not release foam into the environment and keep out of reach of children.
