S-FOAM PU Foam 900g is a versatile one-component polyurethane foam, specially designed for filling gaps, sealing joints, and creating effective thermal and sound insulation layers. The product is equipped with a 2-in-1 adapter, allowing flexible use with either a supplied straw or a professional foam gun, ensuring easier and more accurate application.

When exposed to air, the foam expands evenly and cures quickly, forming a strong, lightweight, and durable foam structure. This helps improve airtightness, reduce heat loss, and provide excellent vibration damping, noise reduction, and water resistance.

Instructions

• Application temperature: From +5°C to +45°C.

• Preparation: Shake the can well for at least 40 seconds before use. Clean the surface and ensure it is dry and free of oil or grease.

• Application: Attach the foam gun or straw to the valve. Fill approximately 50% of the gap volume, as the foam will continue to expand. Apply from bottom to top to avoid air voids.

• Finishing: After 20 minutes, trim excess foam. Fresh foam can be cleaned with acetone or a specialized PU foam cleaner. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.

Shelf Life

The shelf life of this product is 15 months from the manufacturing date.

Conditions

To maintain product quality and durability, store in a dry, cool place at temperatures between 5–27°C with humidity levels of 30–70%. Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, or open flames. Close the valve tightly after use and limit prolonged exposure to air to prevent evaporation or material degradation.

Safety Precautions

• Do not use on PE, PP, Teflon surfaces, and permanently water-immersed surfaces.

• Not suitable for structural glazing or areas subject to strong mechanical loads.

• Avoid application in wet areas or near high heat sources.

• Do not use on surfaces in direct contact with food.

• Do not smoke during application.

• Wear protective gloves, goggles, and masks during use.

• If foam contacts skin, wash immediately with soap and water

• If foam contacts eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.

• Do not discharge foam into the environment; keep out of reach of children.
