Instructions for Use
Surface preparation: Remove dust, grease, and contaminants. Use two separate cloths – one for cleaning, one for smoothing sealant.
Preparation: Cut the cartridge tip, attach nozzle, and load into sealant gun.
Application: Cut nozzle to desired joint size, apply sealant evenly into the joint.
Finishing: Use a clean cotton cloth or spatula to smooth the sealant surface.
Note: Do not apply outdoors if rain is expected within 2 hours after finishing.
Shelf Life
Shelf life is 15 months from the manufacturing date.
Storage
To maintain product quality and durability, store in a dry, cool place at temperatures of 5–27°C, relative humidity 30–70%.
Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, or flames. Close the cap tightly after use to reduce air exposure and prevent degradation.
Safety Precautions
Do not use on oily surfaces or areas continuously submerged in water.
Do not apply if rain is expected within 2 hours.
Not suitable for joints with movement greater than 25% or structural glazing applications.
Does not bond to certain plastics such as PE, PP, PTFE (Teflon).
Apply in well-ventilated areas.
Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse immediately with clean water.
Do not smoke or use near open flames during application.
Keep out of reach of children.
