SILI Acetic Silicone Sealant is a high-quality, multi-purpose acetoxy (acid-curing) silicone sealant designed for sealing and bonding applications in residential and construction projects. The product features fast curing, non-slump performance, crack resistance, and strong adhesion to most non-porous substrates such as glass, ceramic tiles, aluminum, wood, and various metals.
With excellent elasticity and good resistance to heat and weathering, SILI Acetic Silicone Sealant ensures durable, strong, and aesthetically pleasing joints over time. It is an ideal choice for interior and exterior installers as well as household repair needs.

Instructions
Ensure the surface is dry before application.
Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +45°C.
Clean surfaces thoroughly, removing dust, oil, and grease using a suitable solvent.
Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun and cut the nozzle according to the desired joint size.
Apply sealant evenly into the joint, then tool the surface using a spatula or a finger dipped in soapy water.
Tool and smooth the joint within 3–5 minutes after application.
Skin formation time: approx. 25 minutes; tack-free time: about 1 hour; full curing time: 24 hours.
Shelf Life
The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the manufacturing date.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place at temperatures between 5–27°C and relative humidity of 30–70%. Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, or fire. Seal tightly after use and minimize prolonged exposure to air to prevent product degradation.
Safety Precautions
Not suitable for application on substrates below 5°C or on hot surfaces above 50°C.
Not suitable for food-contact applications.
Not recommended for structural glazing.
Do not apply on oily surfaces, PP/PE plastics, oil-treated wood, or uncured substrates.
Not suitable for wet surfaces or areas with water immersion.
It is recommended to conduct a compatibility test on the actual substrate before application.
Apply in well-ventilated areas.
Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse immediately with clean water.
Keep out of reach of children.
