Product Description
WACKER WN Neutral Silicone Sealant is a premium neutral-curing silicone sealant specifically designed for exterior joint sealing applications where excellent weather resistance, strong adhesion, and long-term durability are required.
The product provides outstanding adhesion to a wide range of non-porous substrates such as glass, ceramics, glazed tiles, roofing tiles, metals (aluminum, steel, zinc, copper), and painted wood. It is particularly suitable for alkaline substrates including concrete and mortar.
Neutral curing (oxime technology) ensures the sealant is non-corrosive to metals, emits no acidic odor, and is safer for application in indoor or enclosed environments.

Instructions
Ensure the surface is dry before application.
Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +45°C.
Clean surfaces thoroughly, removing dust, oil, and grease using a suitable solvent.
Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun and cut the nozzle to the desired joint size.
Ambient moisture is required for curing.
Skin formation time: approx. 15 minutes (23°C, RH 50%).
Tool the sealant immediately after extrusion to achieve a smooth and neat joint.
Shelf Life
Shelf life is as stated on the product packaging.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, or fire. Seal tightly after use and minimize prolonged exposure to air to prevent degradation.
Safety Precautions
Not suitable for aquariums or fish tanks (use WACKER® 121 instead).
Not suitable for food contact applications (use WACKER® 120 Food Contact).
Not recommended for plastics such as PP, PE, PC, ABS, acrylic, or polycarbonate.
Do not apply on oily surfaces or substrates containing plasticizers.
Not suitable for areas with long-term water immersion.
Apply in well-ventilated areas.
Avoid prolonged inhalation of vapors.
In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with clean water.
Avoid prolonged skin contact.
Keep out of reach of children.
