WACKER GP-N Neutral Silicone Sealant is a one-component neutral silicone sealant, manufactured using advanced Wacker (Germany) technology. The product cures at ambient temperature by reacting with moisture in the air, forming a durable, elastic silicone rubber with long-term stability.

With strong adhesion on many materials and excellent weather resistance, WACKER GP-N Neutral Silicone Sealant is an ideal choice for joint sealing, aluminum–glass bonding, and general construction applications for both residential and industrial use.

Instructions

Surface preparation: Remove dust, oil, rust, and contaminants using a clean cloth and suitable solvent.
Preparation: Cut the cartridge tip, attach the nozzle, and place it into a caulking gun.
Application: Apply the sealant evenly into the joint, smooth the surface with a spatula or cotton cloth.
Curing: The sealant cures by moisture in the air; surface skin formation time is approximately 10–30 minutes(depending on conditions).
Note: Curing time may be longer in low humidity or low temperature environments.

Shelf Life

The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the manufacturing date.

Storage

To maintain product quality and durability, store in a dry, cool place at a temperature of 5–27°C and humidity of 30–70%.
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, heat sources, or flames.
Close the cap tightly after use and limit prolonged exposure to air to prevent evaporation or degradation.

Safety Precautions

Not suitable for aquariums (use WACKER 121 – Aquarium Sealant instead).
Not recommended for plastic materials such as PE, PP, ABS, PC.
Not suitable for food-contact applications (use WACKER 120 – Food Contact).
Avoid application in enclosed, poorly ventilated areas or areas with oil or solvent vapors.
Apply in well-ventilated areas and avoid prolonged inhalation of vapors.
If sealant contacts eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
Do not smoke or work near open flames during application.
Keep out of reach of children.
Fully cured silicone rubber is safe for health and the environment.
