SIL N Neutral Silicone Sealant is a high-quality, one-component neutral silicone sealant with strong adhesion and excellent elasticity on most common building materials. The product is manufactured in accordance with international standards ASTM C920, GB 14683, and ISO 11600, ensuring stable quality, flexibility, and outstanding mold resistance.

It is ideal for both interior and exterior applications, providing airtight, waterproof joints with long-lasting color stability.

Applications

Instructions 

Application temperature: From +5°C to +45°C.

• Clean bonding surfaces, remove dust, grease, and old sealant.

• Use two separate cloths: one for cleaning, one for smoothing the sealant (clean, new cotton cloth).

• Cut nozzle to desired joint size and install onto sealant gun.

• Apply sealant evenly into the joint, smooth with a clean cloth or spatula.

• Remove excess sealant before curing.

• Cover the working area to prevent dust from sticking to wet sealant.

Shelf Life

Shelf life is 12 months from the manufacturing date.

Storage

To maintain product quality and durability, store in a dry, cool place at temperatures of 5–27°C, relative humidity 30–70%.
Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, or flames. Close the cap tightly after use to minimize air exposure and prevent evaporation or degradation.

Safety Precautions

• Do not use when the surface temperature exceeds 50°C or ambient temperature is below 5°C.

• Not suitable for submerged surfaces or food-contact applications.

• Not recommended for structural glazing or surfaces contaminated with oil, solvent, or sulfur.

• Do not apply in enclosed, humid environments or near strong heat sources.

• Ensure good ventilation during application, avoid heat and flame.

• Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse immediately with clean water.

• Read instructions carefully before use.
