RV-BOND Structural Adhesive is a specialized bonding adhesive with extremely high adhesion strength, designed for fast and strong most common construction materials.

Instructions

• Apply under temperature conditions from +5°C to +45°C.

• Clean dust, oil, and impurities from the bonding surfaces. If the surface is too smooth, lightly roughen it to increase adhesion.

• Insert the adhesive cartridge into the dispensing gun and apply evenly on one bonding surface (approximately one drop per square inch).

• Join the two surfaces together and hold firmly for about 15 seconds or until the adhesive hardens.

• Adhesive tape can be used for temporary fixing if needed.

• Clean excess adhesive with acetone before it fully cures.

Shelf Life

The shelf life of this product is 18 months from the manufacturing date (unopened).

Storage

To maintain product quality and durability, store in a dry, cool place at a temperature of 5–27°C.
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, heat sources, or open flames.
Close the cap tightly after use and limit prolonged exposure to air to prevent evaporation or degradation.

Safety Precautions

• Do not use on surfaces with temperatures above 50°C or below 5°C.

• Do not use on surfaces that come into direct contact with food.

• Not suitable for structural glass or materials that are frequently submerged in water.

• Do not smoke or place near open flames during application.

• Close the cap tightly after use.

• Wear protective gloves, goggles, and masks during application.

• If adhesive gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.

• Avoid prolonged skin contact.

• Do not discharge adhesive into the environment and keep out of reach of children.
