Product Description
SIL AC Sealant is a multi-purpose, water-based acrylic sealant designed for filling and repairing cracks and joints in construction and interior renovation applications. The product offers strong adhesion, excellent flexibility, and does not crack after curing. Notably, it can be painted over once fully cured, allowing seamless color matching with walls, ceilings, or finished surfaces.
SIL AC Sealant is easy to apply, free from harmful solvents, and suitable for indoor use in residential, commercial, and professional construction projects.

Instructions
Ensure joints are dry for at least 2 hours before application.
Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +45°C.
Clean the surface thoroughly, removing dust, oil, and grease using a suitable cleaner.
Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun and cut the nozzle according to the desired joint size.
Excess sealant can be removed with a wet cloth.
Tool and smooth the surface immediately after application (within the first 3–5 minutes).
After curing, excess material can be removed mechanically if necessary.
Joint size: minimum 5 mm – maximum 25 mm; recommended depth-to-width ratio: 1:2.
Shelf Life
The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the manufacturing date.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place at temperatures between 5–27°C and relative humidity of 30–70%. Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, or fire. Seal tightly after use and minimize prolonged exposure to air to prevent product degradation.
Safety Precautions
Do not apply when there is a risk of rain or frost.
Not suitable for joints with constant or prolonged water immersion.
Do not return unused sealant to the cartridge to avoid contamination.
Keep out of reach of children.
Use in well-ventilated areas.
Avoid contact with eyes; in case of contact, rinse immediately with clean water.
