AN THAI KHANG – A Journey of Spreading Love from the Heart

As a company that has been closely connected with millions of Vietnamese homes for many years through quality construction materials and adhesive products, An Thai Khang understands the value of a strong and secure home.

During the recent storms and floods in November, as we witnessed damaged buildings, collapsed roofs, and communities struggling in hardship, we knew we could not stand aside. At An Thai Khang, business is not only about providing effective construction solutions, but also about sharing responsibility in times of adversity. That is why the program “An Thai Khang – A Journey of Spreading Love from the Heart” was officially launched. In this 2025 charity journey to Central Vietnam, An Thai Khang delivered 300 gift packages in Da Nang and extended support to flood-affected people in Hue. Let us look back at the most heartfelt moments from our emotional three-day journey in Da Nang and Hue.

The Context and Humanitarian Meaning of the Journey

Central Vietnam is well known for its resilience, but even the strongest spirit has limits against the destruction of nature. Prolonged flooding in November disrupted the lives of thousands of households, halted business activities, and made already difficult health conditions even harder for many people.

Deeply understanding that pain, the leadership of An Thai Khang recognized this as the most urgent time to act. For us, this journey of spreading love was never a marketing campaign. It was a call from the heart of every member of our company. We wanted to affirm one thing: while storms and floods may wash away property, they can never wash away the spirit of solidarity. And An Thai Khang will always be there, standing as a strong source of support for customers and the community.

Preparation Work – Packing Love from Home

Before the wheels started rolling toward Central Vietnam, the atmosphere at the An Thai Khang office and factory became more active than ever. Hundreds of gift packages were prepared, supported not only by the company’s budget but also by voluntary contributions from employees.

Each gift was carefully packed with sincerity. Inside were not only daily necessities and financial support, but also heartfelt encouragement and warm wishes from the people of An Thai Khang to those affected. We understood that the care put into every package was the greatest form of respect for the recipients. A journey of spreading love from the heart must begin with the smallest yet most sincere actions.

Stage 1: Da Nang – Where Kindness Warmed the Heart (November 15–16)

The first destination of the volunteer team was the beautiful city of Da Nang, which had just gone through days of severe storms and heavy rain. Over two days, November 15 and 16, the An Thai Khang team worked tirelessly to bring comfort and support to as many places as possible.

The mission in Da Nang focused on visiting and assisting customers and local households affected by the disaster. The main goal was to provide practical support while also encouraging people emotionally during a difficult time.

Standing Beside Customers and Households in Difficult Times

As soon as the team arrived in Da Nang, they divided into smaller groups to move flexibly through affected residential areas and customer business locations. Seeing roofs torn apart by strong winds, walls soaked with rainwater, and many dealerships left in disarray and badly damaged was heartbreaking. More than anyone, those working in construction and interior materials understand how difficult and costly it is to rebuild from such destruction.

Support packages and financial assistance were delivered directly into the hands of those in need. Material value can be measured, but emotional support in times of hardship is beyond value. We wanted our partners to understand that An Thai Khang is not only a business partner, but also a loyal companion standing beside them in difficult moments.

Tears and Smiles at Da Nang Oncology Hospital

One of the most emotional highlights of the Da Nang journey was the visit and gift-giving program at Da Nang Oncology Hospital. On November 16 alone, nearly 300 gifts were delivered, bringing nearly 300 smiles to patients and their families.

As we entered the hospital grounds and saw the faces marked by illness and the worried eyes of family members, our hearts grew heavy. During the gift-giving process, many touching stories were shared. Some patients, despite going through extremely difficult treatment stages, still held firmly to hope and faith in the future.

When the gifts were handed over, smiles slowly returned to their faces. One elderly patient, moved to tears, held the hand of a team member and said that despite the stormy weather, their visit brought great comfort.

Those moments gave true meaning to the message: “When Paint Colors Hope.” We could not bring a miracle to heal illness, but we could bring spiritual comfort and add a little brightness and optimism to the difficult days of those fighting disease.

Stage 2: Hue – Crossing Floodwaters to Deliver Compassion (November 17)

After leaving Da Nang, on November 17, the An Thai Khang convoy continued its journey to Thua Thien Hue. Unlike Da Nang, many areas in Hue were still experiencing localized flooding, making travel extremely difficult.

However, driven by the mission of making life better, the team remained determined to reach remote areas where customers and residents were still isolated. In Hue, the focus of the trip was to visit stores, distribution agents, and households living amid floodwaters. Rising water had damaged goods and facilities, adding even more pressure to people already burdened by daily survival.

The team waded through floodwaters and traveled by boat to deliver gifts and financial support directly to those affected. These efforts were intended to help residents and partners repair their homes and business premises, stabilize their lives, and gradually resume their livelihoods.

The presence of the An Thai Khang uniform in the middle of rising floodwaters became the strongest statement of enduring connection. We believe that after the rain, the sky will clear again, and after the flood, homes and buildings will be restored stronger and more beautiful than before.

When the “Colors” of An Thai Khang Paint Hope into Life

At the end of the three-day journey from November 15 to 17, what remained most deeply with every team member was not only physical exhaustion, but an overwhelming sense of emotion. The working spirit of “Nothing is impossible” at An Thai Khang had truly been brought to life.

It was:

timely presence to light hope in the eyes of cancer patients
the effort to cross floodwaters and strengthen the confidence of partners who realized they had not been forgotten
a clear expression of the kindness and commitment to doing everything possible that An Thai Khang always upholds

Our company does not only provide quality products to protect and beautify buildings. We are also committed to protecting and enriching the spiritual life of the community. Every journey teaches us to love more deeply and reminds us to grow stronger in our mission of serving society. More importantly, we hope to use sincerity to help heal emotional wounds left by natural disasters and build lasting trust in the hearts of the community.

Closing Words – A Commitment to Long-Term Support

The journey “An Thai Khang – Spreading Love from the Heart” in Central Vietnam in 2025 has come to an end, but its impact will remain.
