Held at Phan Thiet beach, the An Thai Khang teambuilding program brought joy, connection, and meaningful value through a beach clean-up activity to protect the marine environment.

1. An Thai Khang Teambuilding Program Overview

This teambuilding activity was organized by An Thai Khang in collaboration with Pandanus Resort as a resort trip combined with a social activity of collecting trash at Phan Thiet beach. This is an annual activity of An Thai Khang, demonstrating the company’s responsibility toward the environment.

Program activities included:

1.1. Resort and leisure trip

The trip to Phan Thiet beach allowed An Thai Khang staff to relax after busy working days. It also encouraged teamwork and strengthened bonds through lively and engaging group activities.

1.2. Meaningful beach clean-up activity

A special highlight of this teambuilding program was the beach clean-up activity at Phan Thiet. Small waste items such as plastic bags, straws, plastic cups, and water bottles were collected by team members to help protect the surrounding beach environment.

Although simple, the act of cleaning the beach carried a strong message: when each person is a little more aware and contributes a little effort, the living environment can change in a positive way.

1.3. Warm and memorable Gala Night

Another meaningful activity was the warm Gala Night. Members enjoyed Phan Thiet seafood and joined lively cultural and entertainment activities. This was also a valuable moment for the management team to express gratitude to all employees, helping strengthen team spirit and reinforce values of sharing and responsibility.

The teambuilding program was designed with clear goals:
